Executive Leadership

Rosette Faiteau Goutier
President & Founder
Rosette Faiteau Goutier is the Founder and President of the Faiteau Foundation for Health & Education. A native of Bonne Fin, Cavaillon, Haiti, she has dedicated her life to expanding educational opportunities, improving healthcare access, and bringing hope to underserved communities.
Her mission began in 2010 with a simple but powerful act of compassion. Working through a local Catholic priest in Haiti, Rosette began paying the tuition of five children whose families could not afford an education. As more children were identified in need, her commitment steadily grew. Over the next decade, her generosity and determination enabled more than one hundred Haitian children to receive a quality education, creating opportunities that otherwise would not have been possible. That grassroots effort ultimately led to the establishment of the Faiteau Foundation for Health & Education, a nonprofit organization officially incorporated in 2021.
Rosette is married to Sedric Goutier, and together they are the proud parents of two children. Guided by a deep Christian faith and a lifelong passion for serving others, she believes that education is one of the most effective ways to break the cycle of poverty and create lasting change for future generations.
Her professional background includes certifications as a Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Demonstrating her commitment to lifelong learning and ministry, she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Religious Education, further equipping herself to serve both the Foundation and the communities it supports.
Today, Rosette leads the Foundation’s most ambitious undertaking—the construction of the Faiteau Centre de Formation Chrétienne in southern Haiti. The campus will provide Christian education, healthcare initiatives, vocational training, and community development programs designed to empower children and families for generations to come. She remains personally involved in every stage of the project, communicating daily with Foundation staff, volunteers, engineers, and construction teams in Haiti to ensure the school’s successful completion and continued progress.
Rosette’s vision extends far beyond constructing a school. Her desire is to transform lives by providing children with the education, healthcare, spiritual guidance, and practical skills needed to become productive leaders within their communities. Through compassion, perseverance, unwavering faith, and servant leadership, she continues to inspire volunteers, donors, and partners around the world to invest in the future of Haiti—one child, one family, and one community at a time.

Wilfrid Feteau
Vice President
Wilfrid Feteau serves as Vice President of the Faiteau Foundation for Health & Education. A native of southern Haiti, he immigrated to the United States in 1972 and has dedicated his life to serving both his community and his faith. Throughout his career, he has served as an educator, business professional, interpreter, and Assistant Pastor, reflecting a lifelong commitment to serving both God and his community.
Wilfrid earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from North Park University in Chicago. Throughout his career, he has provided leadership in both nonprofit and community settings, combining practical experience with strong Christian values.
As Vice President of the Foundation, Wilfrid provides strategic guidance, spiritual encouragement, and organizational leadership. His wisdom, integrity, and servant’s heart continue to strengthen the Foundation’s mission of expanding education, healthcare, and community development opportunities throughout southern Haiti.

Jean Pierre Faiteau
Delegate
Jean Pierre Faiteau serves as the Delegate of the Faiteau Foundation for Health & Education. A native of Les Cayes, Haiti, he immigrated to the United States in 1983 and has remained deeply committed to serving both his community and his homeland. He has been happily married for 35 years, is the proud father of three children, and the grandfather of five grandchildren, who bring great joy to his life.
Professionally, Jean Pierre has served as a Transportation Specialist for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the past 20 years, where he has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and public service.
His commitment to serving others extends beyond his professional career. Jean Pierre is a Deacon at his local church, where he has faithfully ministered to his congregation and has served as President for the past 10 years. His leadership is grounded in Christian faith, integrity, and a genuine desire to help others.
As Delegate of the Faiteau Foundation, Jean Pierre brings wisdom, experience, and unwavering support to the Foundation’s mission of expanding educational opportunities, healthcare initiatives, and community development throughout southern Haiti. His servant’s heart and steadfast leadership continue to strengthen the Foundation’s vision of bringing hope and lasting change to those in need.
Rose Marie Faiteau Laroche
Secretary
Rose Marie Faiteau Laroche serves as Secretary of the Faiteau Foundation for Health & Education. A native of Les Cayes, Haiti, she has made the United States home for more than 30 years and currently resides in Cape Coral, Florida, with her husband, Leslie Laroche. Together, they are the proud parents of four children. Rose Marie has been committed to the Foundation’s mission since its inception, bringing dedication, organization, and a servant’s heart to every aspect of its work.
Professionally, Rose Marie has built a successful career in the banking industry, where she has developed strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Her attention to detail and ability to manage responsibilities efficiently have made her a valuable asset both in her professional career and within the Foundation.
As Secretary of the Faiteau Foundation, Rose Marie plays a vital role in ensuring the organization operates smoothly. She coordinates meetings, prepares and maintains meeting minutes, communicates important updates to board members, and helps keep the leadership team informed and organized. Her dependability and commitment allow the Foundation to remain focused on its mission of expanding educational opportunities, healthcare initiatives, and community development throughout southern Haiti.
Beyond her professional and nonprofit service, Rose Marie is actively involved in her local church in Cape Coral, Florida, where her Christian faith continues to guide her commitment to serving others. Her compassion, integrity, and willingness to support both her community and the people of Haiti reflect the values upon which the Faiteau Foundation was built.

Sedric Goutier
Operations Director
Sedric Goutier serves as Operations Director of the Faiteau Foundation for Health & Education, where he provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and organizational guidance in support of the Foundation’s mission. A native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, he is committed to advancing the Foundation’s mission by providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and organizational support. His passion for serving others is rooted in a lifelong commitment to faith, integrity, and excellence.
Professionally, Sedric has more than 28 years of leadership and supervisory experience in the healthcare industry, where he has successfully led diverse teams, improved organizational performance, and delivered high-quality customer service. Known for his problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking, he has consistently developed solutions that align with organizational goals while strengthening operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Before beginning his healthcare career, Sedric proudly served six years in the United States Army, demonstrating a commitment to protecting the nation and serving with honor. The discipline, leadership, and dedication developed through military service continue to guide his professional and community involvement today.
Sedric earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Johnson & Wales University in 1993 and later received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organization & Management in 2001. His educational background, combined with decades of management experience, enables him to help guide the Foundation’s long-term planning, organizational development, fundraising efforts, and community outreach initiatives.
As Operations Director, Sedric works closely with the Foundation’s leadership team to ensure that every project is carried out with accountability, transparency, and compassion. He remains dedicated to expanding educational opportunities, healthcare initiatives, and community development programs that create lasting hope for the people of southern Haiti.

Fouchard Faiteau
Director of Community Development
Fouchard Faiteau serves as the Director of Community Development for the Faiteau Foundation for Health & Education. Driven by a deep love for the people of southern Haiti, he believes that sustainable community development begins by equipping individuals and families with the knowledge, resources, and opportunities they need to become self-sufficient.
For many years, Fouchard has partnered with charitable organizations and community leaders to improve living conditions in the underserved communities of Bonne Fin, Pliche, Les Cayes, and surrounding areas. His passion for helping others has inspired numerous initiatives focused on reducing poverty, strengthening local agriculture, and creating opportunities for families to build a better future.
One of Fouchard’s greatest passions is supporting agricultural development. He has personally helped provide financial assistance that enables local families to cultivate crops such as yams and other staple foods, creating sustainable sources of nourishment and income for some of the most vulnerable communities in southern Haiti. His efforts help families feed themselves while restoring hope and dignity through meaningful work.
As Director of Community Development, Fouchard works closely with local leaders to identify community needs and develop practical solutions that promote education, economic opportunity, and long-term sustainability. His vision is to help ensure that residents of Les Cayes and neighboring communities receive the knowledge, training, and support needed to build stronger, healthier, and more self-reliant communities.
Through servant leadership, compassion, and unwavering dedication, Fouchard continues to advance the Foundation’s mission of transforming lives and strengthening communities throughout southern Haiti.

Rosite Feteau Merentie
Director of Healthcare
Rosite Feteau Merentie serves as the Director of Healthcare for the Faiteau Foundation for Health & Education. Born in Bonne Fin, Haiti, she moved to Port-au-Prince at the age of four to live with her aunt. Throughout her childhood, Rosite spent her summers in Bonne Fin and the surrounding communities, where she volunteered at Hospital Lumière. Those early experiences caring for others inspired a lifelong passion for nursing and humanitarian service.
In 1984, Rosite immigrated to the United States and pursued a career in nursing. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Oakton College and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Lewis University. Her professional career has been defined by compassion, clinical excellence, and an unwavering commitment to improving the lives of others.
Following the devastating 2010 earthquake in Haiti, Rosite played a key leadership role in organizing volunteer efforts to assist those affected by the disaster. She coordinated transportation and healthcare services for earthquake victims who traveled to the Chicago area for medical treatment, helping ensure they received the care and support they desperately needed during one of Haiti’s most difficult times.
For many years, Rosite has collaborated with charitable organizations and community leaders to advance healthcare and educational initiatives throughout Haiti. Her experience as a registered nurse, combined with her deep understanding of the needs of Haitian communities, enables her to provide valuable leadership as the Foundation expands access to quality healthcare and promotes healthier communities.
As Director of Healthcare, Rosite helps guide the Foundation’s healthcare initiatives, supporting programs that improve medical access, promote wellness, and strengthen community health throughout southern Haiti. She currently resides in Illinois with her three children and continues to dedicate her life to serving others through faith, compassion, and professional excellence.

Rose Laure Faiteau Etienne
Missionary
Rose Laure Faiteau Etienne serves as a Missionary for the Faiteau Foundation for Health & Education. A native of Les Cayes, Haiti, she has called the United States home for more than 40 years. She first settled in Lynn, Massachusetts, before later relocating to Port St. Lucie, Florida. Throughout her life, Rose Laure has remained deeply connected to her Haitian roots and committed to serving others through faith and compassion.
Professionally, Rose Laure devoted her career to the healthcare field, where she cared for others with kindness, patience, and dedication. After many years of faithful service, she retired and now resides in Georgia with one of her two daughters, continuing to encourage and support her family and community.
As a Missionary with the Faiteau Foundation, Rose Laure provides spiritual encouragement and compassionate support to the Foundation’s mission of serving the people of southern Haiti. Her Christian faith and servant’s heart have been a source of strength to the organization since its beginning. She believes that meeting both the physical and spiritual needs of individuals is essential to building stronger families and healthier communities.
Whether through prayer, encouragement, or acts of kindness, Rose Laure remains committed to sharing God’s love and supporting the Foundation’s efforts to bring hope through education, healthcare, and community development. Her quiet dedication and unwavering faith continue to inspire those who serve alongside her.
Venise Faiteau
Director of Education
Venise Faiteau serves as the Director of Education for the Faiteau Foundation for Health & Education. A native of Les Cayes, Haiti, she immigrated to the United States in 2001. Her passion for serving others led her from the retail industry into healthcare, where she discovered a calling to care for individuals with compassion, dignity, and excellence.
Since entering the healthcare profession, Venise has dedicated herself to providing quality patient care by assisting medical teams in caring for individuals with injuries, illnesses, and disabilities. Her compassionate approach and attention to each patient’s unique needs reflect the values of service and kindness that are at the heart of the Foundation’s mission.
Committed to lifelong learning, Venise earned her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in 2003 and later completed her Medical Assistant Secretary degree at The Sawyer School in 2004. Her education has equipped her with the clinical knowledge and administrative skills needed to provide exceptional care while supporting healthcare professionals in delivering personalized services.
As Director of Education, Venise is committed to helping expand educational opportunities for children and families throughout southern Haiti. She believes that education is the foundation for lasting change and works to support initiatives that provide young people with the knowledge, skills, and encouragement needed to build brighter futures. Her servant’s heart and dedication to empowering others continue to strengthen the Foundation’s vision of transforming lives through education.
