Rosette Faiteau Goutier - President

Rosette, a native of Les Cayes, has worked in the health care industry for the past 34 years.  She provides critical care and assistance to elderly and disabled clients around the clock, monitors medical condition on a daily basis and works closely with primary care physicians and alerts them of any changes in care.  Rosette obtained her Certified Nursing Assistant Degree from Star of David in 1991.  Attained her Business Technology Program certificate from Madison Park Vocation Center in 1994, and completed the Pharmacy Technician degree from Massachusetts Institute of Health Careers in 1996.  Rosette earned her Medical Assistant Secretary degree from The Sawyer School in 2002.  She has been married for 25 wonderful years, and is the mother of two wonderful children.

Wilfrid Feteau - Vice President

Wilfrid was born in the Southern part of Haiti and there he had lived most of his youth until he came to United States in 1972. He is a father of three wonderful children with 5 grandchildren. The trajectory of his life led him from being a candidate to the priesthood, a retail business manager, a teacher, a French/Creole interpreter to now an Assistant Pastor in a church in Chicago Illinois. He obtained a bachelor degree in Organizational Management at North Park university with the plan to work in a not- for-profit organization. But the Lord decided otherwise as the opportunity in the business world opened up before him right after graduation. All through those different stages Wilfrid always sees himself as servant of others who mainly wants to please his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Jean Pierre Faiteau - Delegate

Jean Pierre Faiteau migrated to the United States from Les Cayes in 1983.  He has been married for 35 years and is the father of three, and has 5 grandchildren that adore him.  Pierre currently serves as a transportation specialist for the State of Massachusetts, where he has been working for the past 20 years.  Pierre is also a deacon at a prominent local church, and has served as its president for the past 10 years.

Sedric Goutier - Treasurer

Sedric is a goal-oriented professional with over 28 years of supervisory experience in the health care industry.  Highly effective manager with consistently proven management, problem solving and customer service skills who can enhance a company’s ability to deliver solutions and services in a timely manner, aligned with business goals, growth objectives and strategic plans.  Prior to joining the health care industry, Sedric spent 6 years in the U.S. Army in order to protect the United States from domestic and foreign enemies.  Sedric earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Johnson & Wales University in 1993, and obtained his Masters of Business Administration – Organization & Management in 2001.

Fouchard Faiteau - Community Development Group

Development is the key that leads a country to be called by its name.  Fouchard has been working with other organizations in the past few years to assist people in the ravaged communities in Southern Haiti, and help them develop a more robust economy.   As lead member of this discipline through the Faiteau Foundation For Health and Education, Fouchard will work with communities in surrounded areas to meet the demands of the foundation. Fouchard will ensure the natives of Les Cayes and surrounding towns receive the appropriate education and knowledge to ensure self-sustenance.

Rosite Feteau Merentie - Health Group

Born in Bonne Fin Haiti, at age 4 she moved to Port-au- Prince to live with her aunt. Rosite spent every summer between Bonne- Fin, Sud, Lege’ spending most of her time volunteering at Hospital Lumiere in Bonne- Fin. Her passion of helping others made her who she is today, a nurse. Rosite moved to the United Stated in 1984, obtained her Associate in Nursing at Oakton College and went to graduate at Lewis University with BSN. After the 2010 earthquake, Rosite helped organizing a group of volunteers to Haiti. She facilitated transportation and care for many earthquake victims coming to Chicago for care. Rosite has been collaborating with many organizations to support the development of Haiti in the healthcare and education area. Rosite currently resides in Illinois with her 3 children.

Venise Faiteau - Education Group

Venise Faiteau came to the United States from Les Cayes in 2001.  She worked in the retail industry her first two years in the states, but switched to the health care industry as she had a greater calling and wanted to assist the needy.  Her primary responsibility is to support medical staff in administering care to patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities.  Venise is also responsible for many patient care tasks to ensure that each patient receives the comprehensive and personalized care they deserve.  Venise obtained her Certified Nursing Assistant Degree in 2003 and earned her Medical Assistant Secretary degree from The Sawyer School in 2004.
